The Railways and Harbours (Pensions and Service) Amendment Act 15 of 1940 intends to amend:
- the Railways and Harbours Service Act, 1912,
- the Railways and Harbours Service Act, 1925 [repealed in 1960], and
- the Railways and Harbours Superannuation Fund Act, 1925 [repealed in 1960].
