The Railways and Harbours Acts Amendment Act 18 of 1938 intends to amend:
- the Railways and Harbours Service Act, 1912;
- the Railways and Harbours Regulation, Control and Management Act, 1916 (repealed in 1957);
- the Railways and Harbours Service Act, 1925 (repealed in 1960); and
- the Railways and Harbours Superannuation Fund Act, 1925 (repealed in 1960).
