The Correctional Services (previously Prisons) Amendment Act 65 of 1982 intends:
- to amend the Correctional Services (previously Prisons) Act, 1959, so as
- to provide for the appointment of temporary commissioned officers;
- to establish an advisory release board and to define its functions and duties;" and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
