Inspection of Financial Institutions Act 80 of 1998

The Inspection of Financial Institutions Act 80 of 1998 intends:

• to provide for:
  • the inspection of the affairs of financial institutions;
  • the inspection of the affairs of unregistered entities conducting the business of financial institutions; and
• for matters connected therewith.
