General Law Amendment Act 18 of 1993

The General Law Amendment Act 18 of 1993 intends:

• to amend section 34 of the General Law Amendment Act, 1972, so as to make further provision for the lapsing in certain circumstances of certain conditions of title or other conditions applying in respect of immovable property owned by the State; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
