Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 54 of 1972

The Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 54 of 1972 intends:

• to control the sale, manufacture and importation of foodstuffs, cosmetics and disinfectants; and
• to provide for incidental matters.
