The Corporation for Public Deposits Act 46 of 1984 intends:
- to provide
- for the establishment of the Corporation for Public Deposits;
- for the investment of certain moneys. received or held by, for or on behalf of the Government of the Republic and certain bodies, councils, funds and accounts;
- for the dissolution or the National Finance Corporation or South Africa; and
- for matters connected therwith.
