Co-operatives Act 14 of 2005

The Co-operatives Act 14 of 2005 intends to provide for :

• the formation and registration of co-operatives; 
• the establishment of a Co-operatives Advisory Board; 
• the winding up of co-operatives; 
• the repeal of Act No. 91 of 1981; and
• matters connected therewith.
