Blind Persons Act 26 of 1968

The Blind Persons Act 26 of 1968 intends:

• to consolidate and amend the laws relating to the payment of pensions and allowances to blind persons, and
• of contributions towards the promotion of the welfare of such persons and
• matters incidental thereto.
