Minister of State Security, Dr Siyabonga Cwele, MP, will on Thursday 10 May 2012, deliver his budget vote speech in Parliament.
The speech focuses mainly on the progress made since last year in terms of the priorities of the Agency and also focuses on the policy direction and programmes for the current financial year.
