Young entrepreneurs are the First Thursday focus
In line with Youth Month, young entrepreneurs will showcase their businesses at the Ministry of Economic Opportunities this First Thursday.
Alan Winde, Minister of Economic Opportunities, said young entrepreneurs in a range of sectors would be featured on Thursday, 1 June 2017.
Tomorrow’s First Thursday event marks the start of Minister Winde’s official Youth Month campaign, which seeks to highlight inspirational stories of young people in the economy. Minister Winde’s full programme will be released tomorrow at the start of Youth Month.
“We have a very exciting programme this month, centred around showcasing the innovative young entrepreneurs who are growing our economy and creating jobs.”
The following entrepreneurs will be exhibiting at the Ministry tomorrow evening:

The products include African print handbags, accessories and African print active wear.
Themba Mkhangeli
A sketch artist, who sketches using a pen, will showcase his skills in real-time.
All members of the public are invited to pop in.
