The Minister of Water and Sanitation, Ms Nomvula Mokonyane, will launch the Women in Water Entrepreneurship Incubator Programme on Friday, 14 October 2016, at Destiny ICC, Kempton Park.
This Programme is aimed at creating a safe and supportive environment where new entrepreneurs, particularly those from previously disadvantaged groups are able to start-up and sustain their businesses and access available opportunities in the water and sanitation sector.
A total of 90 women-owned companies have been identified and will be assisted in this programme and these companies include those owned by the youth and people with disabilities.
