The Portfolio Committee on Transport will tomorrow receive a briefing on the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) Amendment Bill.
The Chairperson of the Committee Ms Dikeledi Magadzi said administrative adjudication has been piloted in Johannesburg and Pretoria, and that the intention is to go nationally and ensure synergy in all provinces when it comes to collection of revenue from traffic fines.
The Committee will also receive a briefing on the National Land Transport Amendment Bill.
