South African Post Office to assist Wish promotion ‘Every Day is Black Friday’
The joint Business Rescue Practitioners, (‘BRP’s’) of SAPO, Mr Anoosh Rooplal and Mr Juanito Damons are pleased to inform its customers that Wish, a global ecommerce platform will promote their ‘Every Day is Black Friday campaign’ through the usage of the Post Offices’ branch network for the month of November.
This follows a partnership between SAPO and Wish which started in April 2021 whereby Wish’ utilises the Post Office Branch network, for the processing and delivery of items to SAPO branch offices for South African buyers to collect.
Customers can follow the promotions on SAPO social media which include up to 40% discount and shipping discounts.
Once items are received at Johannesburg International Mail Centre (‘JIMC’), they will be processed and distributed to their final destination for buyers to collect. SMS notifications will be sent to buyers to come and collect once items have been delivered at the buyers nearest branch office. Wish will push notifications through their app and link shared via email. Both partners aim to provide a fast cross border logistics experience to the growing customer base in South Africa.
