SCOPA to hold MFMA public hearings with Dr. Ruth Mompati District and Great Taung Local Municipalities in Taung
On Wednesday, 5 August 2015, the North West Provincial Legislature’s Standing Committee on Provincial Public Accounts (SCOPA) will hold public hearings on the Municipal Finance Management Act audit outcomes of the financial year 2013/14 for Dr. Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District and Greater Taung Local Municipalities at Greater Taung Municipal Chamber at 09h00.
The public hearings will be attended by the Mayors, Municipal Managers including senior management of municipalities, Municipal Public Account Committees, representatives from the Department of Finance, Economy and Enterprise Development; Department of Local Government and Human Settlements and the Auditor-General’s office.
