The Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM), giving a public account of its organisational and financial performance to the shareholder as follows:

Time: 10h00
Venue: Emperor’s Palace.
The meeting will discuss, among other matters the following:
- Consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Road Traffic Infringement Agency, which includes the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 and the report of the Auditor-General;
- Also consider and approve the appointment of External Auditors;
On behalf of the shareholder, the Honourable Deputy Minister of Transport, Ms Sindisiwe Chikunga, will receive the Agency’s performance account.
Presiding over the programme which will also see the shareholder probing the Agency’s readiness towards the National Roll-Out of AARTO will be Ms. Nomini Rapoo, the Chairperson of the RTIA’s Board of Directors.
