Department of Public Works launches the Green Building Policy to provide strategic leadership in green building sector
The Department of Public Works (DPW) cordially invites you to the launch of the Public Works Green Building Policy at 11th Green Building Convention in Cape Town. The launch ceremony will be on the 3 October 2018 during the annual GBCSA Convention, which is the biggest calendar event in the Green Building sector.
The DPW Green Building Policy aims to provide leadership in sustainable building sector; efficient energy, water and waste management, Indoor environmental quality and comfort, ensuring sustainable product and materials management etc.
The Public Works Green Building Policy was approved by Minister TW Nxesi in June 2018. The Minister will deliver the keynote address for the Green Building Policy launch during the opening cocktail dinner of the convention.
