Public Protector Thuli Madonsela addresses legal conferences in KwaZulu-Natal, 20 and 21 May

Public Protector Adv. Thuli Madonsela will this weekend address two legal conferences in Durban and Pietermaritzburg on the issues of rule of law, economy, culture of racism and its effects on black legal practitioners.

The Public Protector’s first address will be at the Werksman Attorneys Directors conference in Durban, where she will talk about the rule of law in South Africa and the impact on the economy.

Adv. Madonsela will then address the Black Lawyers Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Pietermaritzburg on the culture of racism and its effects on black legal practitioners.

The Werksman Attorneys Directors’ Conference address will take place as follows:
