Presidential Hotline Forum
The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) together with the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation would like to invite members of the media to a Presidential Hotline Forum which will focus on the successes and challenges of the hotline.
The KwaZulu-Natal Office of the Premier and the Office of the MEC of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will be hosting the event.
The forum was formed in 2012 to address the technical problems and wrong allocation of complaints which had a negative impact on service delivery. Since inception of the forum, provinces are now resolving complaints received through the hotline more efficiently.
