President Jacob Zuma will on Thursday, 7 April 2016, respond to the debate on his Annual Address to the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL) at the Tshwane Council Chambers in Pretoria.
President Zuma delivered his opening address to the NHTL on the 3 March 2016, at the Old Assembly in Parliament, Cape Town.
