President Jacob Zuma will on Friday, 18 November 2016, deliver his Annual Address to the National Council of Provinces (NCOP), in East London, Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality, Eastern Cape.
The engagement is part of the NCOP's biannual programme of "Taking Parliament to the People”, launched in 2002, and seeks to conduct oversight through site visits and public hearings on service delivery related issues affecting the Public.
