President Jacob Zuma convenes Black Economic Empowerment Advisory Council meeting, 31 May

President Jacob Zuma will tomorrow, 31 May 2016, convene a meeting of the Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) Advisory Council at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.

In November 2014, the President bid farewell to members who had driven the work of the BEE Advisory Council successfully since 2009 and appointed new members to the Council. The BEE Advisory Council takes forward government’s economic transformation agenda and the National Development Plan 2030 vision.

Members of the media are invited to attend the photo opportunity session at the beginning of the meeting and a media opportunity at the end of the meeting.
