The Minister of Human Settlements, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu, will today officially hand over houses in Marikana, near Rustenburg in the North West Province on behalf of President Jacob Zuma.
The President is scheduled to arrive in Rustenburg for the African National Congress programme later today, 06 January 2016.
