Parliament respects today’s ruling by the Constitutional Court in the matter brought by the Economic Freedom Fighters and Democratic Alliance relating to the findings by the Public Protector on the Nkandla matter.
Parliament will be reading the judgment. The institution respects the order of the court and will abide accordingly.
