Operation Hlasela outreach program in Soutpan and Marquad
The Free State Provincial Government flagship outreach programme is set to cover the towns of Soutpan and Marquard. Free State Premier, Ace Magashule will together with members of the Executive Council visits the two towns on Wednesday 27 July 2016.
The programme will unfold as follows:
Soutpan
- Briefing at the Municipality offices
- Visit to 84 year old Nkgono Merriam Phake who finished her matric last year
- Progress assessment on two roomed houses
- Visit to visually impaired 69 year old Nkgono Makhulo Thosela
- Visit to Hall/Library
- Mass Meeting at church
Marquard
- Mass Meeting
