You are cordially invited to join Public Works Minister TW Nxesi, MP, and the head of the Department’s Property Management Trading Entity (PMTE) Paul Serote in a meeting with the CEOs of the country’s Property companies.
The PMTE operates as a trading entity within DPW and its mandate includes the provision of accommodation and rendering of expert built environment services to user departments at national government level. It is, among other things, also responsible for the planning, acquisition, management and disposal of immovable assets under the custody of DPW.
The strategic Planning Session aims to introduce the Industry to the PMTE. Other issues to be discussed include transformation in the property sector, pricing of leases and rental benchmarks.
