Minister Lindiwe Sisulu sends condolences to families of children who burnt to death in North West

The Minister of Human Settlements Lindiwe Sisulu, is deeply saddened by the death of five children and their cousin who died in a shack fire in Ramatlabana village near Mahikeng in North West.

“I would like to send my condolences to their families and the entire Ramatlabana village. It is very unfortunate and heart-breaking that children as young as these had to die in such a horrific manner, while there were parents who were supposed to be taking care of them and making sure that the children are protected,” said Sisulu.

The Minister also urged the public to protect children wherever they are, be it schools, churches or play grounds.
