Minister in The Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Chairperson of the National Planning Commission, Jeff Radebe, will visit King Sabata Dalindyebo (KSD) Municipality on the 23rd and 24th June 2016.
June is celebrated as Youth Month in South Africa. As part of youth month activities Minister Radebe will host youth dialogue on the National Development Plan (NDP). NPD singles out youthful population as an opportunity to boost economic growth, increase employment and reduce poverty. The inherent potential in young people can be the catalyst for social change and economic emancipation.
The Minister will also conduct service delivery Imbizo. The Imbizo will be preceded by monitoring visits to King Sabatha Dalindyebo Municipality Presidential Intervention (KSD PI) sites where he will monitor progress made thus far.
