The Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Hon. Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula - MP, will tomorrow lead a pre-budget vote debate media briefing, to unpack the priority focus areas for the financial year 2016/17.
Among the critical areas the Minister will be reporting on are the following:
