Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant to unveil the CEE workplace transformation report
South Africa’s Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant is to officially launch the 16th Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) Annual Report and Public Register of all designated employers – which will reflect on workplace transformation.
The report under the tagline: “Transformation does make business sense” – will reflected on the status of employment equity in South Africa and how the country has progressed in its workplace transformation.
It will also highlight the extent to which the legislated amendments to the EE Act have aided in this business imperative and the achievement of the objectives of meaningful workplace transformation in South Africa; workplace demographics; and the representation of persons with disabilities.
The report will reflect on the status of employment equity in South Africa covering in the year 2015.
The media briefing to launch the CEE Report will be held at Pretoria’s Government Communication and Information Services (GCIS) Auditorium, Ground Floor.
