Minister of Defence and Military Veterans will today attend the official opening of the second Gauteng Career, Jobs and Entrepreneurship Expo at Nasrec, Johannesburg.
The expo is hosted by Gauteng Provincial Government under the theme "40 years on, Youth Moving the Gauteng City Region forward".
The expo is a platform to showcase career opportunities to young people. It is scheduled to take place from June 10 - 19, except the 16th of June.
The South African Nation Defence force will exhibit at the expo.
High school learners from Grade 10 to Grade 12, out-of-school and unemployed youth and graduates are expected to take part at the expo.
The second Gauteng Career, Jobs and Entrepreneurship Expo is a build-up event to the Commemorate of 40 Years Anniversary of the Soweto Upsiring which will take place on 16 June 2016 at Orlando Stadium.
