The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Honourable Gugile Nkwinti will hold a pre-NCOP Budget Vote Speech media briefing at the Imbizo Media Centre in Parliament at 13H00, 11 May 2016.
The Minister together with Deputy Minister’s Candith Mashego-Dlamini and Mcebisi Skwatsha will table the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform’s budget to the National Council of Provinces on Wednesday, 14H00, 11 May 2016.
