Minister of Communications Ms Faith Muthambi, will visit Russia from 8th to 9th of June 2016 to participate in the VIII International IT forum.
The conference theme is: ‘Media and Information Literacy for Building A Culture of Open Government’. This theme covers a wide range of topics relating to the rapidly evolving information, communications and technology space.
Minister Muthambi will also give welcoming remarks to delegates and BRICS and Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states participating in the conference.
