Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Mr Gugile Nkwinti is to announce interventions by his Department in rural areas amid the current drought conditions.
He will also give details of the progress to-date in the implementation of the pilot projects of the Policy Framework on Strengthening the Relative Rights of People working the Land (50/50). In addition to this, the minister will pronounce on the progress of Land Reform in South Africa.
