The Minister of Basic Education, Mrs Angie Motshekga will tomorrow, Wednesday 10 August 2016 visit the Kenneth Kaunda Education district in North West. Minister Motshekga will start her visit at Matlosana Secondary School in Matlosana township in Klerksdorp, to congratulate the school for winning in five categories at the 2016 ABC Motsepe Schools Eisteddfod.
Minister Motshekga will also visit Nkang-Mahlale Secondary and Ithuseng Primary also in the Jouberton Township in Matlosana where she will engage and interact with learners, educators and School Management Teams (SMTs) including meeting with School Governing Bodies (SGBs). The minister will later depart for BA Seobi Secondary in Ikageng township in Tlokwe Municipality where she will meet with the school communities.
The Minister will be accompanied during the visits by the Head of North West Department of Education Dr I.S. Molale and the Kenneth Kaunda Education District Director Mr. Hasimbhay Motara,
