National Youth Parliament - Commemorating 40th Anniversary of June 16

The Speaker of the National Assembly, Ms Baleka Mbete, the Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces, Ms Thandi Modise invite members of the media to the launch of the National Youth Parliament tomorrow, Tuesday 28 June 2016 at 54 on Bath Hotel.
The National Youth Parliament is scheduled to take place on 29 and 30 June in Kliptown, Soweto in Johannesburg.
The Speaker of Gauteng Legislature, Ms Ntombi Lentheng Mekgwe will host the celebrations, welcoming Members of Parliament, Members of Provincial Legislatures, Cabinet Ministers, veterans of the 1976 uprising, youth formations from all provinces and civil society who will meet in Kliptown, as part of the commemoration of the 40th anniversary of June 16.
