MEC Gaolaolwe to present 2017/2018 Budget Speech
The MEC for Local Government and Human Settlements in Bokone Bophirima, Galaletsang Gaolaolwe, will on 09 May 2017, present the 2017/2018 budget policy statement at the North West Provincial Legislature. The focus will be on the systems that the department has put in place to strengthen the support given to municipalities through the shared service model which include functions such as information and communication technology, legal services, infrastructure development, financial management, governance and local economic development.
MEC Gaolaolwe will further elaborate on ‘’bietjie-bietjie maak meer’’ approach in the implementation of the human settlement strategy in the province.
