Dr Benny Malakoane MEC for Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs in the Free State, today led a delegation of MEC’s and senior officials in a meeting with State Minister for Tourism in São Paulo (state) Brazil. The discussions centred around possible cooperation in medical tourism, cultural, training and exchange programmes.
This paves way for the signing of heads of agreements between the MEC and the Minister this week to be followed by the signing of The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Governor and Premier in due course.
