MEC Ishmael Kgetjepe visits all districts during the Roadshows
The MEC for Education Ishmael Kgetjepe aims to improve on information sharing as part of improving quality of education across the Province. Through the MEC’s Roadshows, the MEC will meet all principals in all ten education districts.
In these meetings, principals of both primary and secondary schools will be briefed on latest decisions and progress in all the programmes. These include progress in issues of curriculum implementation, infrastructure improvement, finances management, Human Resource and other strategies focussing on improving quality of education.
The sessions will assist in empowering principals with information that is more needed at schools levels. This will assist the school communities to get information they need about their schools at their own villages as principals and Circuit Managers will be handy to assist at all the times with most required information.
