Memorial Service and Funeral arrangements for the late Dr Stephen Mncube former ICASA Chairman
Arrangements have been concluded for the memorial service and funeral of the late Dr Stephen Mncube, who was a Chairman of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa from 2010 to 2015.

Date: Friday the 18th November 2016
Time: 8h00-10h00
