The Department of Telecommunications and Postal Services to sign a cooperation agreement with Huawei on capacity building, ICT Talent Training and Joint Innovation on ICT
Minister Siyabonga Cwele will deliver the Keynote Address at the signing ceremony between the Department of Telecommunications and HUAWEI on capacity building, ICT talent training and joint innovation on ICT.
The agreement will see 1000 young South Africans trained in China over the next five years.
