Tomorrow, 10 November 2016, Minister of Transport and Public Works, Donald Grant, and Executive Mayor of the Cape Overstrand Municipality, Mr Rudolph Smith, will officially open the newly upgraded R240 million Hemel en Aarde Road in the Southern Cape.
This over 4 year-long project saw some noteworthy milestones, and is expected to have a noticeable impact on the economy of the area, as well as the Overstrand region.
Minister Grant, and Mayor Smith will preside over the ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the road.
There will be opportunities for photographs and interviews.
