The celebration in Mpofana Municipality forms part of the follow-up engagement in the area. The purpose of the day is to celebrate Africa Day, as well as interact with the farming community and stakeholders to deliberate on measures to be put in place to alleviate all challenges faced. Several discussions will also be held on how the farming community can be assisted regarding the 57 farms that were purchased by the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform for the Mpofana communities.
