President Jacob Zuma has extended his heartfelt condolences on the sad passing of former Congress of South African Students (COSAS) President, Ms Sandra Baloyi.
“The passing of this young, energetic and gifted leader is a painful loss not only to her family but to the country as a whole. We wish to extend our heartfelt condolences to the Baloyi family. May her soul rest in peace,” added the President.
