The Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries will be briefed by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) on the Fishing Rights Allocation Process (FRAP). The department will further provide a progress report on the implementation of Small Scale Fisheries (SSF) Policy and the implementation of Veterinary and Para-veterinary Professions Amendment Act (Act No. 16 of 2012) and the finalisation of the Compulsory Community Services (CCS) Regulations for veterinarians.
