EC Legislature to host MEC for finance to present 2016/17 budget speech
On 4 March 2016, the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature (ECPL) will hold a House Sitting for the MEC for Finance, Honourable Sakhumzi Somyo, to present the 2016/17 Budget Speech. This Sitting scheduled to take place tomorrow will be held at the Legislature’s Raymond Mhlaba Chamber in Bhisho, 10h00. A Media Lockup with the MEC and Executive Committee Members (EXCO) will precede the House Sitting as follows:
