The MEC for Education, Mrs Reginah Mhaule together with the Minister of Basic Education, Mrs Angie Motshekga and the CEO of the National Education Collaboration Trust (NECT), Mr Godwin Khosa will officiate during the District Improvement Programme and Teacher Training Research Outcomes Seminar.

The seminar is aimed at increasing participation by stakeholders in Government, Business and Social Partners towards the improvement of educational outcomes in the District.
Bohlabela is one of the most improved Districts with the pass rate 76.71% in the 2015 grade 12 results.
