Deputy Minister John Jeffery leads dialogue on Constitution, human rights and transformation, 9 Dec

The Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr John Jeffery, MP, will lead the 3rd Dialogue on Development and Rights that will be held at the Wits School of Governance on Wednesday, 09 December 2015.

The dialogue will tackle recent developments across the globe, particularly in South Africa; assess the country’s 21 years of democracy, the practice of human rights, active citizenry and transformation issues, amongst others.

Prominent human right lawyer, Advocate George Bizos, veteran journalist, Mr Mondli Makhanya as well as representatives from the European Union, among others, will form part of the panel for the dialogue.
