Deputy Minster Makwetla to bring warmth and mobility to the community of Breyton
The Deputy Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Mr. Thabang Makwetla, will visit the Siyanqoba Orphanage Centre in Breyton (near Ermelo) in Mpumalanga on Monday 18 July 2016. Accompanied by the Msukaligwa Municipality Mayor, Cllr Sipho Bongwe, Deputy Minister Makwetla, will be joined by offenders, and other stakeholder to dedicate 67 minutes refurbishing the centre.
Work to be done includes, cultivation of the orphanage gardens, renovation of roofs, fencing, painting, and repairing the ablution facilities.
The second part of the programme will include a handover of 40 wheelchairs and a donation of blankets to the elderly. Deputy Minister Makwetla will use this day to urge other South Africans to take action to help change the world for the better, and in doing so, build a global movement for good.
