The Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, General Bheki Cele, in conjunction with the Deputy Minister of High Education and Training, Mr Mduduzi Manana , Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Mr Mcebisi Skwatsha and MEC for Agriculture and Economic Development in the Western Cape, Mr Alan Winde will be involved in an important dialogue with students and graduates from all agricultural training institutes on 21 June 2016 at the Elsenburg Agricultural Training Institute.
The purpose of the dialogue is for the leaders to interact with students and graduates on issues affecting them and finding lasting solutions to their problems. The deputy ministers and the MEC will also deliberate on issues affecting youth and women empowerment in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors.
